KUCHING: New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, a New Zealand government agency based in Kuala Lumpur, held an education fair to disseminate information on tertiary study opportunities among the locals here yesterday.

Held at Kuching Hilton Hotel from 2pm to 8pm, representatives from New Zealand's world class institutions were on hand to give personal counselling to students interested to study in thatcountry.

These higher learning institutions were University of Auckland, University of Otago, Lincoln University, Massey University, Victoria University of Wellington, Auckland University of Technology, University of Waikato and University of Canterbury.

The education fair also featured a booth from the New Zealand High Schools and New Zealand Immigration Service.

The New Zealand Centre at Jalan Utama here, a local agency that handles matters related to education and business with New Zealand, also held a similar free counselling session for the public.
